About our Staff
Our staff prides themselves on the ability to put a smile on all our patients faces. We realize that your health is important, and part of the healthcare process is making sure your registration, billing, insurance, and procedural questions are answered by a knowledgeable and concerned staff member. We also realize that practicing patient confidentiality is of utmost concern in any healthcare environment, especially our office.
Insurance and Referrals
We accept more than 25 insurance plans. Please contact our office with questions about your specific carrier. Do not hesitate to call if you do not see Dr. Sasmor's name in your insurance brochure—we may have joined your plan recently. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Champus.

If your plan requires you to pay a co-payment, we ask that you pay it at the time of your visit. Most insurance carriers now stipulate that all specialty care must be approved by a primary care provider prior to a visit. The insurance carriers also require that specialists be on the insurance plan’s list of providers. To avoid problems, before making an appointment, please be sure you have discussed any referrals with your primary care provider and that you bring the referral information with you to every visit.
